Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer shipping for all of our temporary tattoos and posters to customers within the United States and internationally through USPS. We currently offer three shipping options for international orders: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, and Priority Mail International.
For orders within the United States, we offer two shipping options: First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Please note that while we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected, the destination address, and other factors outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping Offer: We offer free shipping within the United States on all temporary tattoo orders over $50. Please note that this offer only applies to temporary tattoos and does not include posters. For orders that include both temporary tattoos and posters, shipping fees will be applied to the entire order.
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the shipping option selected. Please note that additional fees may apply, such as customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at inken.kim@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
